Our accessible minibuses can carry several wheelchair users together, alongside other passengers and accompanying staff, depending on the vehicle layout. Tell us your group’s requirements and we’ll discuss a suitable vehicle.
Destinations, venue accessibility, admission and availability are checked for each proposed outing. Care homes provide the accompanying care staff their residents need.

Do you only transport wheelchair users?
No. We also welcome passengers who walk independently, use walking aids, or need extra time or assistance getting into a vehicle.
Can you carry powered wheelchairs?
We transport manual and powered wheelchair users. Before booking, we’ll check your chair and the allocated vehicle’s space, loading and restraint requirements.
Can the driver stay during our outing?
Yes, subject to availability and the agreed booking. We can quote for the vehicle and driver to remain with your group, or for separate drop-off and collection.
Can we arrange regular care-home outings?
Yes. We can discuss recurring dates and ideas with your activities team. We’ll check each booking against vehicle and driver availability.
What is included in the price?
Your quote will explain the journeys and waiting time included, and whether any parking is included or additional. Meals, admission tickets and extra stops are only included if expressly agreed. Any additional waiting arrangements will be discussed beforehand.
